Abstract

Do not look away is an artistic research carried out in the Therapeutic Community Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, in the town of Alcaudete, Jaén. The goal of the project is to unite fashion, art and poetry with feelings and experiences. A collaborative work where the community expresses through artistic creation how they felt, how they feel and how they want to feel, as well as society has seen them, how they see them and how they want to see them through personal feelings and experiences. An exercise not only artistic in order to produce a final object, but through art they express themselves as maybe they can not do it with words.
