Las Pedagogical strategies that strengthen assertive communication in the third grade life Project
Abstract
The focus of this study was to propose a pedagogical strategy to strengthen assertive communication in the construction of the life project of the third grade students of the La Concha Rural Educational Institution. It was based on qualitative research and Action Research design. In order to determine the social environment in which the teachers and students participating in this research work interact, a diagnosis was made in a sample of 20 students, where the situations that affect assertive communication were identified; giving way to the selection of activities for the design of the pedagogical strategy; which, in its implementation, accounted for a significant impact, taking into account that the proposed theme plays a fundamental role in the life of every human being for the construction of their life project. Finally, it was recognized that the strategy generated a notable impact on the reflection of the teacher's teaching practice on the importance of assertive communication and communication skills within a training process in the different areas of knowledge, since It is recognized how academic performance, knowledge of new cultures, citizen coexistence within their environment, their way of behaving and respect for the opinion of the other were favored
