Acciones decolonizadoras para transformar el pensamiento: docentes en formación exploran prácticas artísticas performativas
Resumen
Este estudio examina cómo la integración de la investigación performativa y artística en la formación docente fomenta una pedagogía culturalmente sostenible. A través de talleres de formación, se involucró al profesorado en la introspección cultural y se desafió la opresión sistémica en la educación. Basada en marcos antirracistas y multiculturales, la investigación destaca la integración de las artes como herramienta para la reflexividad, la praxis crítica e incluso la docencia. Utilizando métodos artísticos, performativos y poscualitativos, el estudio explora el papel del aprendizaje experiencial en la comprensión de las dinámicas culturales. Los hallazgos indican que la integración de las artes potencia la conciencia crítica y la acción transformadora, fomentando aulas inclusivas donde las identidades y experiencias vividas del alumnado se valoran como elementos centrales del proceso de aprendizaje.
